How a custom order works
This request is not an order. It starts a conversation — nothing is purchased, reserved, or transported on your behalf until the steps below are complete.
1. Deposit in house. A custom order requires a signed order agreement and a deposit paid in person at our dealership. Deposit terms, including whether it is refundable, are set out in that written agreement.
2. Lender approval in house. If you are financing, credit approval must be completed with us before we source the vehicle. Cash purchases require verified funds.
3. Management approval. No vehicle is purchased or ordered without approval from Central Ave Motors management.
Availability, pricing, condition, and delivery timing are estimates and are not guaranteed. Vehicles are sourced from third-party auction and wholesale channels.
